Annual plans give you the equivalent of 1 month free compared to paying monthly. The savings are applied automatically when you choose annual billing.
How does the bundle discount work?
When you have both an email plan and a chat plan, we automatically apply add-on pricing to your chat subscription. You get a lower chat price and keep all the same features. No coupon codes needed.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You enter your payment details at signup, but you will not be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed. Stripe handles all billing securely.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you enter payment details to start your 14-day free trial.
Can I use chat without an email plan?
Yes. Chat standalone plans are available independently. You can also add chat as an add-on to any email plan for a discounted rate.
What email providers are supported?
Gmail via OAuth 2.0 is currently supported. Outlook support is planned for a future release.
