1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trigli ("the Service"), operated by Thomas Dempsey at trigli.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trigli is an AI-powered customer service email platform. The Service allows you to connect your Gmail account, upload company documents, and use AI to generate draft replies to customer emails. The Service includes features such as:

• AI-generated email reply drafts based on your uploaded policies and documents
• Email classification and routing based on configurable rules
• Reply history scanning to discover style patterns and policies
• Human review and approval workflows for AI-generated content
• Automated email sending (when enabled by you)

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account to Trigli, you:

• Authorize Trigli to read incoming emails in your connected inbox
• Authorize Trigli to send emails on your behalf (replies to customer emails)
• Authorize Trigli to modify email labels and read status
• Acknowledge that AI-generated replies sent on your behalf are your responsibility
• Can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from Settings or via your Google Account

5. AI-Generated Content

Trigli uses artificial intelligence to generate email reply drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated replies are drafts and suggestions, not guaranteed-accurate responses
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent to customers
• If you enable auto-reply mode, you accept responsibility for automatically sent replies
• Trigli generates replies based only on the documents and policies you provide; it does not fabricate information, but accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of your uploaded content
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be error-free, appropriate for every situation, or compliant with industry-specific regulations

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Trigli, including documents, policies, SOPs, and any other materials. By uploading content, you grant Trigli a limited license to:

• Process and store your content to provide the Service
• Generate text embeddings of your content for search and retrieval
• Include your content in AI prompts to generate email replies

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
• Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access other tenants' data
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Billing and Payment

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your credit card information
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Usage limits apply based on your plan; exceeding limits may result in email processing being paused

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trigli and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damage to reputation resulting from AI-generated email content
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any damages arising from emails sent via the auto-reply feature

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
